Free Comprehensive Eye Tests

Some people see glasses as an accessory, but for others, well without them they can't see anything at all.

Our approach to eye tests is just a little bit different. We start with a process that's equal parts relaxed and professional, and we only partner with optometrists who are passionate and genuine.

Our stress-free consultation rooms are equipped with state of the art equipment and processes. Each eye test is fully customised and on average takes 20-30 minutes to complete.

The first thing our optometrists do is carefully check how well you can see. They also carry out various other tests to identify any issues with your eyes or vision. If necessary, a customised prescription will be tailored specifically to your lifestyle and individual needs.

We're more interested in making a difference than a quick buck. Our optometrists detect, diagnose, and help treat eye focusing problems and eye conditions. You'll be given honest and professional advice about whether you truly need glasses, an update to your existing prescription, or further treatment for an eye problem.

Our eye tests are completely free with a qualified and certified optometrist.

We offer contact lens assessments at £30 (including initial fit, complementary trial lenses and a follow up appointment). Please note that contact lens examinations are for current contact lens wearers only - if you'd like to have a contact lens assessment with an additional teach and fit session, available at £40, please reach out to us to talk to a member of the team.

We accept corporate eye care vouchers from Eden Red for eye tests (and your new specs!) at both our boutiques.

Here’s what we can test for.

There are many eye health issues that we can test for so if you’re experiencing any symptoms (or even if you’re not), get in early while you can!

Hyperopia or long sightedness is where you can see things further away more clearly than things closer to you.

Myopia or short sightedness is where you can see things that are closer more clearly than things further away.

Vision loss is a very common symptom of most eye health issues like short or long sightedness.

Dry eyes are an eye condition that’s increasingly problematic in a screen-addicted age.

Astigmatism is where the eyeball isn’t a perfectly round shape which causes vision to be distorted.
